What is Hast ?

Hast is a brand created in 2012 with the will to change the codes of traditional menswear by offering quality and affordable shirts without intermediaries. Today, Hast hast a complete offer of timeless clothes made by the best workshops.

Where do Hast products come ?

Every Hast product is made in Europe by specialized workshops. The fabrics used are carefully chosen and are all natural. They come from houses with an established reputation of know-how.

Where can I find Hast products ?

Hast products are sold online and in our shops. The address of our shops are: 47 rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris and 7 rue des Batignolles, 75017 Paris. They are open from Monday to Saturday from 11am till 7.30pm.

How can I register to Hast newsletter ?

You just have to indicate your mail address in the relevant box in the lower right part of the website.

How to access to my account if I have forgotten my password ?

Just click on 'my account' which is on the upper right part of every website page. Then click on 'forgotten password' and enter your mail address. A new password will be sent to you.

Is the payment by credit card secured ?

Payment is fully secured thanks to the online payment system. Your banking data are crypted and only processed by Credit Mutuel bank.

How to chose the size which best fits me ?

You can use our size guide which is on the footer of the homepage and on the products pages.

How to use a promotionnal code ?

If you have an Hast promotionnal code, you just have to indicate it on the 'your cart' section, once connected to your customer account. The amount of your purchase will then be automatically recaclculated.

How can I be sure that my order has been well processed ?

Your order has been well processed if you receive a confirmation e-mail, with a summary of your purchase.

How do I know where my parcel is ?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. You will then be able to follow the shipping of your parcel on the COLISSIMO website (if the shipping is standard) or on the CHRONOPOST one (if the shipping is Express).

You can also follow the progress of your order online. Go to your customer account, and then click on 'order history and details'.

How much time does it take to have my order delivered ? 

Parcels are sent by Colissimo and you will receive them within 2 or 3 days after you passed your order. You can also have your parcel delivered in an express way by CHRONOPOST within 24 hours after you passed your order.

Do I have to pay shipping fees ?

No you don't. Shipping fees are free if the shipping is made by Colissimo in Metropolitan France. 

Can you deliver at my workplace ?

If you wish to have your order delivered at your workplace, you just have to specify it when you have to chose the shipping address. If you are not very often at home, we do recommend to opt for this shipping place.

What can I do if I'm not satisfied with the product ? Can I exchange it or be repayed ? 

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 (fourteen) days (if you want to make an exchange or be repayed) from the reception of your order to tell us that you want to send the products back and the reasons for it by going to 'My account' space on our website.

You just have to go then to 'order history and details' on your account space and click on the product you want to send back (be careful, the product status must be 'delivered'). On your order summary, go down and select the article, indicate why you want to send it back, the kind of return (exchange or repayment) and then click on 'GENERATE A RETURN'. 

The product you want to send back will then appear on 'my merchanise returns' where you will be able to follow the steps of your return. Be careful, do not send back the parcel until the status is 'waiting for the parcel' and then print the return label which will be available.

 Here are the steps to follow for the merchanise return :

-  Products have to be sent back in their original state; without having been damaged, washed, nor worn except to try the product. The original packaging and the potential accessories (labels...) must be sent back as well.

-   Once we will have validated your return request, your parcel status will change and be  'waiting for the parcel' in the 'my perchandise returns' space. You will be then able to print the return label. Print the label and join it imperatively to your parcel.      

-    If you want to exchange the product, join the invoice related to your return fees.

The refund will occur within a few days, by bank tranfer on the account indicated by the client, in a period no longer than 30 days after the reception of the return products. 

If you want to exchange the product, you will receive a voucher with an amount equal to your initial purchase. The shipping fees and the return fees will be credited on your account within a few days.

The return fees will be at the expense of the client, except for a product exchange or if we have made a mistake (plase join the Colissimo payment proof).

What is the refund time period ?

Hast is commited to repay you as soon as possible, generally within a few days and no later than 30 days after you have received your order. The refund is made by crediting the credit card which has been used for the payment. It is generally done the week after your product return.
