STANDARD SHIPMENTS IN FRANCE
Shipping in France, including Corsica, Andorra and Monaco. Products are sent at your home by 'La Poste Colissimo', or in a parcel pick-up point like 'Point Relais' and 'Mon Bureau de Poste'. All of these are free services from 150 euros of purchase. You will be delivered in 2 or 3 days after validation of your order.
EXPRESS SHIPMENTS IN FRANCE
Products are sent through Chronopost service. Price starts at 10 euros and then increases, depending on the weight of your order. You will be delivered the next day before 1pm* after validation of your order (before 12 pm, excluding public holidays).

EUROPEAN UNION AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Products are sent through "La Poste Colissimo International" service. Price starts at 13,02 euros and then depends on the weight of your order. You will be delivered in 2-6 days after validation of your order.
Please note that shipping is free for all orders above 150 euros for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands.

Note that for several countries outside the European Union, custom fees can be added to the shipping costs. This is the case for example for the UK since January 1st 2021.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 14 days to change your mind and send us products back in order to be refund.
Returns fees will be refund on your credit card or Paypal account in case of non-compliance or mistake from us. It will not in others cases.
Note that refund is not possible if the purchases have been made at our stores. They are only for online purchases. Likewise, refund is not possible after a first exchange.

If you change your mind within 14 days, you can ask for an exchange or a credit slip, valid for a 1 year period*. Returns fees will be refund on your credit card or Paypal account.
* Products must be returned in their original state (with his original packaging) in order to be resold.
Swimsuits must be tried on while keeping your underwear on.
Underwear (socks and boxer shorts) cannot be exchanged if they have been opened. Only intact products, meaning in their original condition (in their packaging and unopened), will be accepted.
Upon receipt of the package, Hast will assess the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No exchange or refund will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, and if such use or damage makes the items unfit for sale. If the exchange or refund is refused, the items will be returned to the customer. Therefore, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
