Our swimsuits
Why should we leave elegance in the locker room when going for a swim? At Hast, we have designed a men's swimsuit that is as comfortable as it is refined, so that there is no longer any gap between your everyday style and your seaside outfit. To do this, we have chosen the king of summer material, seersucker, which we have associated with a striped aesthetic halfway between distinction and relaxation. Our swimsuit comes in the modern and current form of drawstring shorts, which will accompany us in the water as well as during our evening walk. Put on a linen shirt or a light polo shirt and you can without blushing (and without changing) follow a lazy evening after your swimming exploits. But first a few details about our men's swimsuit, the new star of sunny days. A versatile piece The time when swimming trunks dominated the poolside seems a long way off today. Today, men swim in shorts. This new type of swimsuit combines all the advantages of its counterparts without the disadvantages. It dries as quickly as briefs or boxers, while allowing its wearer to continue their marine adventure on dry land without having to change. That's why we made sure our swim shorts offer the same elegance on the beach as they do in the city. Blue, red or green stripes, pale and discreet colors, our men's swimsuit is just as reminiscent of the sailor top (with vertical stripes) as it is of the suits from the South of the United States still worn by senators during Seersucker Thursday. The pockets, and in particular the piped pocket at the back, reinforce this distinguished appearance, while the cotton cord, with its rubber tip, plays the holiday chord to the fullest. The advantages of seersucker Quite little known, seersucker is an extremely recognizable fabric — it's the one we chose to make our men's swimwear. The alternation of very tight cotton threads and others, looser, give it this embossed side, almost evoking seersucker, which made it famous. This very particular weave also has an impact on its texture, which allows air to pass between the skin and the fabric thanks to this relief. This is also why the well-off English wore it during their excursions in hot countries. It is therefore particularly suitable for summer use and makes an ideal swimsuit fabric thanks to its quick-drying ability. Elegance and comfort, this is the philosophy of Hast made beach.
